Ease of Use

Multiple Users
  • Unlimited terminal access, no expensive "per user" licensing fees
  • Individual logins for staff members
  • Set specific permissions for each staff member
  • Allows staff members to enter details of contracts, which can then be approved by a supervisor later
  • All information entered is accountable to the user who entered it
Business/Large Customers
  • Ability to associate multiple accounts to a single customer
  • View summary report of all phone numbers for customer and when their service contracts are coming out of contract
  • Ability to allow all staff to enter customer contracts that may be moderated by a supervisor
